No,that was said by a veterans group ,because I have limited memory I have held off photography of the moon.
I have a few photos to take of old buildings .a goon in that context is the drunk soldier who does wild things.

I agree, I personally think that it's way out of line to be arrested for overdue library books, and I agree with everything else you said as well. God bless you my friend. :)
