I wasn't arguing that. Just making the point that " a broke as a joke min wage worker" can't afford to build prisons, so your plan to imprison people isn't going to happen.

Simple math. If "broke as a joke" doesn't have the resources, then its not going to happen. You need to come up with a different plan to solve the situation. Forget about anything that costs more than a pittance, which is all min can afford.

Maybe some sort of volunteer posse raised by the local sheriff, like in the old days. People who already have their own equipment.

I'm trying to figure out what I just hooked and got busted and the evidence leads to a monster amberjack. I just could not stop it and locked the drag too much as mainline is 15kg and I got busted on the swivel knot. I got completely smoked by something.

Ok I'm back, my line just got hit again but it spat.

Anyhow I don't think it was shark, it would have cut the trace and they don't take those small live baits especially the size of that run i couldn't stop it. I got some big fish on that line and that was by far the biggest whatever it was.

Anyhow my error, I locked it up trying to slow it down on 50lb main line and it broke at the knot, my knots are good so I don't get it, maybe it failed and I need to change to a new knot. My mainline is just over 50lb and my drag is just under 50lb and it broke at the swivel knot but I was not fully locked so it must have been the knot.

If anything else all I can think of is a big stingray if it hit the bottom. I seen a big one the size of a car hanging around.

People should keep their savings in an inexpensive balanced index fund, or some such. Bankers ruthlessly confiscate purchasing power from money kept in a couch, bank savings accounts, and pensions. Its terrible what bankers are doing to the helpless elderly.
