What a complete joke.

Go knock on people's doors and ask for food if your despirate, there are other options people can take, ask friends and family for support, whatever.

Double standards, other people get arrested and a criminal record for doing the same thing. Those same officers never arrest anyone for theft.?

I lost the fish of a lifetime through self error. I used a 5lb live bait going a big amberjack and a monster probably the biggest I have seen smashed it but I didn't hook it due to dumb self error.

I know always to make sure my ballon float can easy release on a strike, but this time I did not and it just had to be the biggest strike I have ever had, so obviously the pressure of the inflated ballon underwater as the fish took the live bait ripped the bait off the hook, where easy release of the ballon or a very low inflated ballon for smaller baits there is not much pressure, but as I used such a big active live bait I had a more inflated ballon yet not easy release.

I estimate the fish was around 50-60lb as I seen it. The biggest I get is around 30lb, this was near if not double. It would have been the fight of a lifetime off the dock.

It's funny because I used to read fishing magazines and little things always stick in your head and as the professionals have always said and always say, always be prepared and always have the right set up, like that, one basic error and/or lazyness you can lose a good fish.

I don't know what's wrong with me, lost another big fish yesterday. I have had 2 hits this week and lost them both, and both were huge all due to dumb self error.

Q. What do you not do when you hook a big fish.
A. Let the line go slack.

I mean what was I thinking. True amateur this week. Now I'm back at the dock again. If I lose the next fish I quit.

For good?

For good?

Of course not. I'm addicted to fishing so I will just quit for the day. I once quit 3 times in one day. I quit then went back an hour later. Then quit and went back, then quit and went back again.

I think quiting is just another name for frustration annoyed at my own self errors and dumbness sometimes and other times it's just everything that can go wrong does go wrong like a curse not my fault. Like example I slip down the dock ramp because it's slippery and fall over, then a bird steals my bait, then the wind blows my tackle over into the water and my hat, then it starts raining. Just everything is annoying.

So I never want to fish again but for some reason I keep going back.

I could blame the fish because in life it's always something else fault, but I don't, I strive to master and learn.

Fishing is suppose to be my peace and time out. Near everyday I fish the dock, I go after work. But sometimes it can be annoying.

Maybe its a learning curve. Just takes a bit of practice with the mega fish to become adept at reeling them in.

I guess it's a learning curve, bit still how can you learn from something you already know. It just comes down to dumb self error. I made mistakes I already know and even have told others to teach them. It's like hypocrisy, don't do that or you will lose the fish and I do that exact thing and lose not only a fish, but big fish, even could have be my best.

Not thinking in the moment. I switched and changed gears, learn, I'm a mess at the moment when It comes to fishing like I'm not doing what I know and have learnt. I gone full amateur.

Muscle memory. Your reflexes take over when something happens quickly.

That's where it is. Learning to stay calm when getting a hook up and focus. That must be where I am lacking. Well the last fish anyhow, the one before that was self laziness, one fishing rule when float livebaiting is always make sure your float can release easy.

My fishing buddy tried to say I hooked my bait the wrong way but I never see him landing any, he always takes photos of my fish.

That makes it more challenging, and fun.

Oh well, no hits this afternoon. I been patient for the last 5 hours.

My friend got this one the other week but he speared it diving so it doesn't count. Nice size im guessing a good 20 kilo( maybe 40-50lb), but skinny thou, it looks hungry and like it needs a good feed. Nice length. Need those fat suckers hit the 30-40 kilo mark.

Find this terrorist who attacked a mosque and lock them up for life. If people think muslims are terrorists and attack a mosque they are the terrorist themselves.

Find this terrorist and may the justice system deal with them.

And the same penalty for those who attack Christians and Jews, and all religious people who attack non believers as well, and all non religious people who attack religious people. Just pests in society. I'm talking physical assaults not civilised rational debates.

Everyone has the right to freedom of religion and peaceful worship so anyone who attacks a church, mosque, temple, synagogue, whatever violates the values of the country.

Just do what I do when I start feeling frustrated. Take some deep breaths and come back to it when you're ready. :)

I'm not from the USA but all the issues the democrats complain about they created themselves, complaining about water shortages in Detroit, all the areas with water shortage have been represented by democrat's for like the last 50 years. Then there is basic needs for immigrants, who told them everything was free in America and tricked them into walking miles. What about knowing nothing about national security, you let one Islamist extremist in they can then fly to any country in the world.
