First of all in today's news, a fire occurred at a Euclid recycling plant today and here's more of the details.

Normally Bible study should be voluntary, but that construction worker was a convicted felon being rehabilitated. The owner needs some way to rehabilitate those he gives a 2nd chance to, so that his customers are protected. Whether its a Bible study, a 12 step program, or an ankle monitor, there must be some way to insure that convicted felons are not returning to their criminal ways before turning them loose on customers and other employees. Many employers won't even hire convicted felons because of the risk to other employees or their customers. Taking away that employer's ability to rehabilitate felons would take away his ability to protect his customers and other employees. He might not be able to safely give felons a 2nd chance anymore. Anyway, that's my opinion.
