Is Jesus Christ exclusive is he the only One..

"So you are saying that if anyone who doesn't believe like you is not going to be saved?
---------------------
Why do I need to believe in Jesus?
I ask you
Do you think that people who commit moral crimes ought to be punished?
Have you ever done any wrong things?
------------------------
ok we have just established that we both agree that bad people ought to be punished
and we have agreed that we both have done those bad things.
ok this is not looking like a good picture for us am I right?

So we are under judgement and
we both know we are guilty but just before the judge condemns the two of us in the dock he pauses
We both know we are guilty and we both know we deserve what we are going to get.
Then he asks us are we interested in a pardon?
At this point. If you know you are guilty you are much more open to an offer of forgiveness.
and you can guess the rest.
The Judge took off his robe and got in the dock and took our punishment for us
so we can be set free;
from our sins and the punishment set for our sins, which was death,
Jesus is the only exclusive way, he is the only one that can solve the problem.

Matthew 11:1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities. 2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, 3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? 4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and show John again those things which ye do hear and see: 5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them. 6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Grace loves us and mercy pardons us who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior through the Spiritual rebirth that has transformed us from the guilty we use to be.

Is Jesus Christ exclusive is he the only One..
Jesus said " IOAm the Way, the Truth and the Life. NoOne comes to God the Father but by way of Me."

Peter told the sanhenren that, " there was no other name given among men by which we must be saved."

As Peter confessed to Jesus, " only he (Jesus) had the words of eternal life."

It is not Christians who claim an exclusive way to God, but God who has always been exclusive. We approach him on his terms, not on ours.

Definitely not on our terms as flesh is a hostile enemy against the Spirit of God as the two can not mix.

Meaning no disrespect, but i cringe at this analogy.
Why? Because it's all about me and how all of this benefits me. It's all about our sin, and the punishment we're escaping. Why? Is it because we have the right answers? I don't think so.

The narrative i see in the Bible is this. God is love, and out of that love He created us. There is no greater love than one willing to lay down his life for another.

Every religion has their method on how their sins are forgiven. All but one leave out Jesus.
Clearly we, who believe in Him, would state its not for man to choose how to forgive sin and in any judgments made we believe it will be Jesus's words that prevail.
If one has a problem with that then is their problem with us or with the Father who sent Jesus and spoke through Jesus?
Their problem is with God. If one finds the message offensive would we not reply, "but that doesn't make it a lie" If one states stop preaching that message to us would one not reply, "you can only ask for yourself as there are eternal consequences at stake".

To lead one to Jesus for "their" salvation is a work of "love".

Definitely not on our terms as flesh is a hostile enemy against the Spirit of God as the two can not mix.

Yet we are both flesh and spirit and the two mix.
Jesus was wholly man and also wholly God.

The idea that the flesh is evil and the spiritual is good is not a biblical idea.

Salvation is only on Gods terms.

Salvation is only on Gods terms.

Flesh is a hostile enemy against God as this is why we have to be Spiritually born again from above through God's plan of salvation through Christ.

Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Sure. What does that sentence actually mean though?

Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Pretty much self explanatory as the flesh is a hostile enemy against the Spirit of God that dwells in us when we are Spiritually born again from above. The flesh will always battle the Spirit and this is why we are instructed to put on the full armor of God to stand against the principalities of this world, Ephesians 6:10-18.

Not sure what you mean. Can you explain this to me? Thank you.
You brought up flesh and the spirit of God can't mix. He brought up Jesus (not counting Jesus)

I am quite sure I have the Spirit of God in me. I am still in the body. The mind that follows after the flesh is hostile to God. That is the mind that is hostile to God. Such a mind is still a slave to sin. Jesus frees us from that enslavement as the Spirit He causes to live in us helps us in our weaknesses. We have everything we need to live Godly lives.

Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

I think we are on the same page its just how you worded your reply.

So what does "put on the full armor of God" mean and what are
"the principalities of this world"?

When do we see this battle happen?

Not sure what you mean. Can you explain this to me? Thank you.
God became flesh in Jesus and walked the earth as a mix of the two.

John 1:14
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The Holy Spirit in in our hearts. Kind of well mixed.

Jeremiah 31
31 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the Lord. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts.

I totally agree with this and pretty much said the same with the scripture I posted. I just needed to hear what he meant by his statement.

So what does "put on the full armor of God" mean and what are
"the principalities of this world"?

When do we see this battle happen?

I would think as a student of the scriptures you would know this already. The full armor is the word of God we speak boldly through faith in God that we stand against the principalities of this world being Satan who wants to steal, kill and destroy those who are Christ own as this is the battle, but God has already won that battle for us if we are walking in the spirit and not in the flesh.

Thank you. I was confused in your wording. We're good.
