So I was looking at the website where I get my news from (Fox 8 to be exact) and I guess that they did a study that showed that dog owners generally are more happy than cat owners. So I decided that I wanted to do a poll on here to find out who all exactly agreed with that. I say that as happy as I am having a cat, I really miss having dogs around and I was a LOT happier when I did. So yes I have to agree with that. :yes Btw, you don't have to have either to vote. :wink

It's really how we interact with either one that makes one happy. You know I have a cat and she can almost make you pee your pants laughing so hard at the things she does and then you have the ah moments that are so cute, especially when she curls up in a box we gave her to play with and goes to sleep inside of it.

Oh I'm not saying that I don't love my cat and she certainly does make me laugh, and cats really are my favorite animals. I just love dogs (horses, birds, and rabbits are up there as well) too because you just don't get that same loyalty with cats.

However I already know that there are going to be some arguments that you don't have to walk cats and you can leave them alone for a few days and that's when I argue that I think that walking a dog would be fun since I love going out for walks and I wouldn't mind letting them out, and you can either take a dog to the kennels for vacation or have somebody you know and trust very well to come over and let them out.

It's actually easier to train a dog than to train a cat as you are right that a dog is more loyal. But, like you I love all animals.

This little sweetheart stills our heart. Give her a chip bag and let the good times roll
