I saw a segment on a sports show where the former head coach of the Dallas Cowboys learned he was going to be inducted into the Football Hall of Fame. It was a very emotional moment for him and ,being a Cowboy fan, I shed a tear or two for him. My thoughts went on to think how important a thing it was for him......I just thought how sad he and many others don't get that emotional about the things of God.

Very well said Dan.
I don’t think we can judge these things very well. I rarely show emotion in response to the spiritual things. I feel it, but it’s not my nature to respond in a way that is obvious. On the other hand I feel more comfortable showing emotion on less important things. Maybe that seems weird but it is the case.
I wouldn’t assume we know other’s feelings and level of excitement.

According to Jimmy Johnson himself, in an interview, he wasn't real big on God. But, that was years ago. Maybe he has changed his heart toward the things of God.

Yes that is true

To know God is a greater love as we connect with Him in fellowship. Sometimes my exuberant can be shouted from the roof top and then others times it's somber in meditation. We can't judge the heart of anyone, but we can know them by their fruit. Matthew 7:15-20.
