"Jurassic Park" on steroids! :o

I also like how they're remaining true to the original movie and placing it in 1930's New York. The city set looks incredible :tongue The original storyline is classic and cannot be improved upon - the only thing that can be improved upon is the fx which is what they've done.

I can't wait to see this one :fadein:

Before filming started on this Jackson had several of his thoughts about this film posted on his website.
the one thing that he absolutely wanted was to keep this film set in the 30's.
He felt that the setting gave an air of belivability to the whole story that a modern setting would remove. He also felt that the story was done right in the first film. That the only thing he was going to do was help to enhance the story with modern effects and a longer running time. In addition he wanted to clean up some of the dangling plot points from the first film.
