I'm still on good old dial up and can't open videos, but just wanted to say Christian songs are scripture set to music even if it is done by hard rock Christian musicians. We might not understand what they are singing, but the kids know every lyric as many young kids have come to the Lord through their music and testifying of Christ.
 
:sohappy Hi there! Oh I wish you could open videos it’s truly music with a twist, and we read the scripture to it, no screaming at this time but may have one of those in the works! Music truly speaks to the spirit man and we never liked when music left you in the current state you are in. There is a message of healing in every song. Most stuff Scotty writes is instrumental sometimes we put scripture to it when fitting. So glad to meet you! - Shawna E

My wife is a wonderful vocalist who plays acoustic guitar. Mostly strumming but occasionally she will do a little picking. I've tried for many, many years to play guitar... It's just not my thing lol!
November I purchased an electronic drum kit and I've been practicing here and there. Well, my wife had shoulder surgery in December and last night was the first times she's been able to really play again. It was awesome.
When our son came home, we timed it where we started playing just before he walked in. He actually sttod and watched, which is something he NEVER does and paid us a compliment!

It's cool when everything is just flowing!

What an awesome time! So cool you got a complimentary audience from your son. I too am not a guitarist but Scotty sure is, but you know we all have our own talents. I like to write but it wasn’t till the past few years I really did. God takes us in so many directions it’s awesome!
 
Ha, yes he does take us in different directions. Sometimes whether we want to or not lol.
I wanted to write a book on my life one time. Got about a hundred pages in and never got back to it. That's a lot of work!
