they're -wonderful- people. dad apparently came down hard with an illness, very suddenly. mama's taking care of him, thank goodness.
God has been kind to them...they're early 60s, both look and act younger, no major health problems. I just...well, they have very good insurance and sufficient resources....and they do -not go to an MD very often- . I know there are no magical Rx pills or potions, but seriously...if you're crazy sick all of a sudden, maybe a quick trip to urgent care? and other, ongoing, less severe stuff...
I love them, but i worry, and I also...don't get it. if their insurance was not so good or they didn't have sufficient resources, I'd understand, but...at times, I get a lil bit scared about their "approach" to healthcare (they just don't go in the doctor's offices, LOL).
rambling. I love my parents and I want them well for long haul. I ask that your pray for both of them, their health and for God to move in their minds to get them to be rational about things, if one or both of them needs or could benefit from a doctor's visit.
