This is a poem that I wrote while watching Peter Pan Live one night. For anybody who knows me realizes that I am a big kid at heart and when I was a child I always wanted to go to Neverland to visit. I didn't want to go there to stay because I wanted to grow up physically, and besides that, I would miss my family, friends, and other loved ones too much. Then I realized that not only Neverland lived inside my imagination, but it was also a metaphor for Heaven in my mind since when we get to Heaven there will be no more sadness, no more aging or sickness and most important, no more separation. So with that being all said, I wrote this poem about it and I posted it on fanfiction awhile ago, and I really hope that you enjoy it. Because of this whole revelation, Neverland is my nickname for Heaven now.

There is a land up in the sky where the only tears that you cry are tears of joy.




It exists inside the body, mind, and the spirit.




And once you’ve been there you’ll be able to know it and feel it.




You’ll never grow old, you’ll only grow young.






No more goodbyes, just happiness and tons of fun.






You’ll see old friends whenever you go,

You’ll reminisce about the past there will be no more woe.






Although I love my life, I can’t wait to go there.






How my heart yearns to be free and full of adventure.






I’m already a child at heart and a child of God so I’m already fully aware of all His love.






I take pride in knowing the fact that my heart will never truly grow up.






And one day I will journey up to that land,






For I’ll see Him face to face and He’ll take me by the hand,






Then He’ll take me home to Never Neverland.​
