2 Timothy 3:16; "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness."

Whatever is in the statement of faith, it needs to be backed up with Scripture, or else it is not necessarily true.
You say fallen angels are demons.
Where is that in Scripture?
Jesus spoke of demons continually, yet never mentioned them being fallen angels.
Fallen angels is in the book of enoch which is not Scripture.
Fallen angels are a belief of Muslims, which I hope we are not.

Rollo,

How, then, do you interpret Matt 25:41 (ESV)? "Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."

The Devil has fallen angels under him and there are unclean spirits or demons under them. The demons aren’t fallen angels. Fallen angels have bodies and don’t inhabit man. Demons are spirits without bodies who want to inhabit a body.

This is not correct. According to Islam, angels lack freewill, and therefore cannot disobey - or rebel against - their Lord.

The one who refused to obey - when commanded to bow down before Adam - was Iblis, and he is a jinn.

There is no concept of a 'Fall' - or of 'original sin' in Islam.

But I suggest we return to the matter at hand 😊

Dorothy,

From where did you get this detailed information?

Why didn't you document your sources about Islam and angels?

The need for brevity.

If you wish to discuss the nature of Angels in Islam - with relevant sources - then feel free to open a thread.

Meantime, I suggest we return to the topic at hand.😊
