that isnt permanent as the staff are testing that, but thanks.
i usually turn it off and when i need to see the posts i will turn it back on.

I found the feature and thought I'd test it. I am planning to do a poll on Monday to get a public opinion on whether it should be kept or not. The staff are divided, but we thought that the bulk of the people who use the board should decide.
I find it very useful. There are some threads I wouldn't even know about if it weren't for the newest threads section.
For those that don't like it, the site should remember if you like it collapsed.
