What is your opinion about Pastor Bob Hamp's approach to teaching Christian freedom? It seems quite unique in my opinion. I have found some of his teachings helpful, but I don't know if I'm being misled. I don't exactly know how to reconcile it with other Christian perspectives. Share your thoughts on the matter.

I really don't listen to any preaching that doesn't come from the Church of the Holy Blessed Union of the Eternally Weeping Virgin.

Everyone else is obviously a heathen.

And if you don't see the facetiousness of this post then I can't help you with your question either.
I'm not in the habit of telling people who not to believe theologically speaking. Nor should I be.
Nor am I a "fan" of any particular preacher. I have my own relationship with God and no one but God and I can define it.

Personally, I have never heard of him. But, one method to check on him is to read through his bio and confessions that he holds to. If any of it contradicts the bible then I would not listen to him.

I listened to his interview with Joni Lamb, Think differently, Lead differently as he talked about letting the spirit in you connect you to the word as we are led by the Holy Spirit. Engage your spirit and be led by the Holy Spirit as you surrender your whole self to the Holy Spirit and stay humbled before the Lord.

If I understood him correctly I agree with him that we have to let go of preconceived ideas in a worldly church and its leadership within the church and truly start to be led in the direction where and how God wants His true Church to be lead in. I never heard him preach, which later on today I will take a look at that and get back to you.

I did take the time to watch three of his videos last night as I never heard of him and wanted to see what he taught. I am so hooked on what he teaches as it is truly from God. I would recommend everyone check him out.

All I did was Google Bob Hamp videos and they all come up. Never heard anyone teach the way he does.
