Since we rejected the contract the flipper presented us, we have received several cases where other flippers have low-balled us trying to get us to go back to the first flipper who sent us a corrupt contract. It's almost like he was promised our house and they're trying to funnel us back to him. Even real estate agents are trying to funnel us to their investor friends. We are getting vibes they're trying to claim our house is abandoned even though we pay a yard person and still have utilities on and pay taxes and pay home owner's insurance. I'm afraid they're gearing up to outright seize our home.
