I like burritos and one day I had tortillas and no burrito mix so I quickly realized that I could make a pizza on one. So I used some Ragu sauce and then covered it in mozzarella cheese and stacked it up with pepperoni slices. It turned out so good and is so easy that...I've been eating a lot of them, lol You bake it at 400 deg F for 20 minutes. It comes out nice and crispy.

If you put on too much sauce it will be mushy instead of crispy. I've experimented different ways, adding mushrooms, peppers, a wee bit of onion...it's always good. It's a quick and easy quarantine food, I tried some store bought ready made pizza crusts...those suck. Using Tortillas is better than them. I can make my own pizza crust but then it wouldn't be a 20 minute pizza.

awesome - thanks

i have been making pizza toast for years - same reason - no time or inclination to make pizza crust - i toast the bread and then add all the topping and put it under the broiler for the time it takes to melt the cheese
