This morning I am praising God and sharing what a wonderful day was Friday of this week (yesterday)! I had expected a visit from a neighbor friend, also a widow, who attends my church in the a.m. Served goodies and we shared for well over an hour. So good to see her since I got pneumonia (am over it now though) and didn't get out to visit, church, etc., for over a month.

And to my surprise another friend who doesn't even know the first one called to ask if she could drop by with a little something for me last evening when she got off of work. She came bearing the gift of a beautiful poinsetta (I had saved a place to add to decorating my long, dining room table, but didn't know what until that arrived. ) And also a lovely shopping bag in which she carried the plant. Wonderful visit with this younger friend who I served with some years in church ministries. Hugs, laughs, a few shared tearful moments, stories, and sharing of joy!

Both gifts from above. Like visiting angels to me. Loved and appreciated and answer to prayers for renewal of friendships during this wonderful season.

God is good! May you all be blessed by "angels unaware" as well or, perhaps, be a visiting angel yourself! Merry Christmas, online friends!

You are truly blessed with the gift of wonderful friendships that feels your heart with joy. We all need to cherish such moments in our life. God bless you for sharing your joy with us and have a very blessed Christmas and a prosperous new year to come. :)

Blessings continue here. Wonderful family time here last night and will join them at their house today. The kids bought me a printer as a gift. So needed a new one as the old broke down some time ago. God is good and provides what we need when we need it very often through the love and generosity of others. Merry Christmas, forum friends!
