the shame that can destroy our spirit and the shame that can keep us on the right path. May we all come to terms with them both through our faith in Jesus Christ.
The shame that can destroye us, the shame that we are sinners.
That Jesus dealt with.

Jesus didn't just deal with our sin, he also took the shame and the guilt that our sin causes in us.

We do not have to be ashamed that we are a saved sinner, nor do we have to bear the guilt.

Both of those repeat on us and we need to learn to trust in Jesus's forgiveness for old old Sinha that we still feel the guilt or the shame for and practically thank Jesus for his forgiveness of those old old sins.

I was filled with so much shame at one stage until one day i thought

"god has already forgiven you, why can't you forgive yourself?"

I shouldn't take credit for that thought as Im sure it was the Holy Spirit telling me that.
