Hmmm...it seems that the entire Bible to me can be evaluated as theological, historical, or even in a literary sense. It probably depends on what someone is looking for or how they see something they are reading.

In his gospel, Luke tells us that he is writing history.
Luke 1:1-5
Remember that Luke also wrote Acts....
Acts is also history.
Luke is recounting actual events that really happened and
for which there were witnesses.

What do YOU think the difference is between the above and the O.T.??

It's not up to me to convince you of anything Who Me.
You can accept the entire bible as you wish to.

The important thing is that we both love God and wish to be disciples of Jesus.

Dinosaurs lasted for about 160 thousand years...not hundreds.
By the time man came along, dinosaurs were extinct.
We not this for sure from the study of the layers of the earth (stratos).
Within each layer/strato we find different types of "animals".
Then at some point we find human remains.
When the human remains (bones) are found,,,they are much higher up than the dinosaurs.

Your problem is that you wish to believe that God created everything in 6 days.
It's OK if you wish to believe t his,,,it's called a Young Earth Creationist,,,but you'll have a difficult time proving it.

There are cave drawings (I think it was Spain) that showed dinosaurs right along side Bison. These are rarely shown and are being vandalized.

Otherwise, yes, reference would be good.
It would NOT be under history.

This could be God speaking to your heart...He might have His reasons.
