what kind of book? - what's it about?

how are you going to publish?

praising God with you - God bless you
It's a Christmas fantasy. It has German folklore mixed with a kinda sci-fi, but with a Christian flavor throughout and culminating with Christian dominating theme.
It is a celebration of life, love, faith and perseverance.
I tried hard to be theologically true to what I believe and tried harder not to inject my own bias whenever I had Jesus speak at the end. I prayed hard that each word Jesus spoke in the book was not what I would have Him say, but what He would have Himself say. I know fully human corruption always seeps in. I just hope when the book reaches its point, it was minimized. Since no one really knows what happens after death......I did take a little liberty there. I did not choose to be politically correct so I expect the world to hate it, but that's fine. If atheists hate it, they can go write their own book.

yay, daninthelionsden! way to write...now time to edit!

some people do self-publishing. self-publishing has come a long, long way since back when it was skeezy fraudsters bilking hopeful authors out of $$$. true story. and...

praying. :)
Yeah, I'm gonna skip hiring an editor. Here in Hawai'i editors seem to double as ghost writers and co-authors and I don't wanna give anyone a backdoor to control of my book. I'm gonna use a program called ProWriting Aid and use my wife and son for critiques and proofreading. We did show the first two chapters to a known readaholic at my wife's work. She said she liked it and would buy the book. I needed a confidence builder so it helped a lot. The publishing part will either be a publisher here in the U.S. or another country. I'll try here in America first. Self publishing is over my ability to see it through. Thanks for prayer.....I need it.
