Roro, if all of you (saved for the cops and the rest of them) are denied rights to own a gun...you'd consider your 'all' less secured?

I will never substitute God's guidance for guns protection. Without guns life and security continue. Violence will trim down well. Just let the cops do their work.

:lol brother, are you not being very presumptuous of everyone in saying this? That's a pretty big leap that you're making there,. lol. As if, A gunowner holds more faith in his guns that he does God. As if it has to be one way or the other, if you have guns then you can not have faith in God, or if you have faith in God, then you'll never ever have need for a gun...A very outre presumption.

Why would it makes us less secure? It would make it impossible to immediately react to exigent circumstances, that's true. But you seem to be equating the ownership of a weapon (or lack thereof) with ones faith in God, and this is simply not so!

I had asked you about this before, earlier in the thread, and you didn't respond to it. I said then where was David's faith in god because he walked onto the battlefield with a weapon, a sling. So did David have no faith in God? Was God with David that day, or not?. You ignored this, and now are coming out with the same thing again...With all due respect brother, that is being very narrow minded, and I am not sure to what end you seek to take this position of yours. Scripture does not back up your position, even reasonable human logic tells us that having a weapon can save peoples lives.

Sit back and call the cops you say? brother, i don't know if you've ever been attacked before, but they don't make an appointment or wait for the police to show up. When I answered my door and the big guy wanted t use my cell phone and I said no...it was on...he attacked me instantly. There was no time to call for the police. When seconds count, the police are only minutes away. i had no time to call police, no time to drop to my knees and pray, and i was under attack. Just what do you suggest that i should have done in that moment?

I handled it very well. I did not shoot anyone. I stopped the man from coming in the house or robbing me. I stopped him from injuring me. And the police did not have time to show up to save me. After it was over and I did call the police, it took them 25 minutes to arrive. I had plenty of room for faith in God, even with the gun, and so did King David!

Answer my questions about David and Goliath this time too, brother.

I agree that maybe violence would trim down if there were no guns, but the thing is that we do have guns. They do exist. I don't see how it's possible to eliminate them and the technology to make more of them. If they are banned (made illegal to own) the problem is still there, only now it works to favor the ones that use them for evil because law abiding people will not have them to defend themselves but the bad guys will.

I think the real issue here is just that we have Classik having a bit of fun with us all, just trolling for a reaction by posting stuff with no basis in legitimate fact. Stuff that he knows gets some of us riled up, then he enjoys sitting back and watching. I think that's what's been gong on here for a long time now. The OP was never serious in the first place. :yes

it is quit obvious you did not read how crime in Australia has increased sinse guns were taken from honest citizens and left in the hands of criminals.

Was David instructed to do what he did? God had aways instructed the OT men on what to do.

Again I make clarification: being overly dependent on it is what I have always been against. O answered that question before. Perhaps you didnt notice it. Now I ask you again, not in the form of a riddle, what os the root of America and guns?

I like your wholehearted earnestness on the issue (not sating the others who answered are dishonest. Just the way you put it...)

Bad guys? Who will give the bad guys the gun?

You label my wholehearted thread 'trolling'? Will report you to FIFA.

I'm serious on the issue.

I don't think you responded to P. Oscar's case
