Yes, I made a mistake in attributing post #(99) to you. Sorry. Your statement that human interpretation of the Bible does not trump science is equally false.
It's demonstrably true. For example, humans interpret the Bible to say that the Earth is flat, that the sky is a dome, that black people are inferior to white people, and so on. All of it is easily refuted by facts.

He uses nature to create most everything in this universe. Planets and suns, for example. And life. He could have done it otherwise, but He's not obligated to do it any particular way.

Creationists often reason in circles - when you catch them in one falsehood they move on to the next creationist falsehood and the start all over at the beginning doing the same circle dance

God isn't obligated to do it the way any of us would like Him to do it. He says that the earth brought forth living things; who are any of us to complain that He did it naturally?
[/QUOTE]

There was only one particular way as Genesis chapter 1 writes God spoke all of his creation into existence calling forth all things in heaven and earth, which includes man as there was no evolution or He allowing science in calling all things forth.

:thumbsup

God can create everything like planets and suns but He has to use evolution to create life? - it's reasoning like this that causes evolution to lose the common sense/science/scripture debates

iow evolutionists lose on every count when debating with God's truth

and they reason in circles - when you catch them in one falsehood they move on to the next evolutionist falsehood and the start all over at the beginning doing the same circle dance

you make really god points - a pleasure to read your posts

I appreciate your encouragement.

Well, I was wondering; you seemed to be a little nonplussed when I told you that the Bible is the word of God.

See, it's like that. When I tell you that it is, you seem unwilling to hear it.

See. You can't answer. You have never told me the Bible is the Word of God. Which is why you refuse to tell me still.

You don't believe the Bible. Give me the post where you said the Bible is the Word of God.

See? Probably not. You are confess you are just what I have been saying. You trust your 'scientific facts' instead of the Bible. Looks good before the world. But to Christians, you are anathema.

What does the Bible say about the earth being flat?

What does the Bible say about the waters above the firmament?

What does the Bible say about black people and white people?

Go ahead and 'easily' refute the Bible.

#142 is the post, don't know if there was another one besides this one.

But yet Barbarian refuse to acknowledge that which has already been written putting science over that of the written word as science being the final authority. When one is indoctrinated you will have a hard time to get them to see truth.

Except, as you learned, it does not say that the flood was worldwide. That is just some man's addition to make it more acceptable to him.

What I have learned is you don't believe the Bible. Do you believe the Bible is the Word of God? Your refusal to answer is an answer. Every time I ask and you refuse, your answer is that you do not believe the Bible is the Word of God.

You believe your science. Which is fine by me. Believe your science instead of the Word of God. It doesn't affect me. But your refusal to admit it says much about you. You are both deceptive and cowardly. Deceptive in that you present yourself as one who believes the Bible. Cowardly in that you don't have the...guts to admit it.

I don't see in post #(142) where he said the Bible is the Word of God.

Well, I don't expect any to admit to anything. I just want to show the emptiness of their position.

I don't believe your revisions of the Bible. You take the word of men, instead of the Bible. I've repeatedly reminded you that the Bible is the word of God, but you continue to refuse to acknowledge that. Every time I ask and you refuse, your answer is that you do not believe the Bible is the Word of God.
You believe your science.
One does not "believe in" science. One accepts it or rejects it on the evidence. You believe in your new doctrine of creationism instead of God's word.
You are both deceptive and cowardly.
I didn't claim you said things you did not. But that's what you did to me. Shame on you.

If you reconcile with His word and accept it as it is, this will cease to trouble you.

But yet @Barbarian refuse to acknowledge that which has already been written putting science over that of the written word as science being the final authority.
If someone wrote that, then that's wrong. The Bible is about God and man and our relationship. For that it's the final authority, but not the only authority according to the Bible. Which is what most Christians will say.

Science is only about nature, not God. And the Bible does not present itself as a science text. You might as well argue that the Bible is the final authority on plumbing. It's an absurd misuse of scripture to say so.

There was only one particular way as Genesis chapter 1 writes God spoke all of his creation into existence calling forth all things in heaven and earth, which includes man as there was no evolution or He allowing science in calling all things forth.
The problem is that the Bible doesn't in any way rule out evolution, which we observe happening daily.

That He chose to create living things by natural means (other than our living souls which each of us gets directly from Him), is His decision to make.

All of that to avoid answering my question. Do you believe the Bible is the Word of God? Because you 'can't' answer, you do not believe the Bible is the Word of God.
