I am now a memory
I,served the people of winter beach for years
I was faithful for 40 plus years
I,am near the house whereby my postmaster lived in
I,am even close to the old star route from ft.drum to the dock that once was
I,am near a old general store that was often visited by weary farmers.
I am near much more history that goes way back
I,am on the old us1
I,am near the old gas station that is now a house .

Jason, you've put a lot of research into this. Have you considered compiling the photos and stories into a book? If there's a local historical society, you might get some idea of the interest for that.
