that is depending ones view after the millennium. while its possible that the sun or moon good be not needed. i believe this refers more of worship since God will be so present, we wouldn't need to know the times of the seasons for the feasts. this is a jewish view as they saw the need to know the movement of the moon to time for feasts and which one and what they were for. weekly shabat is a command and was to rest and for honor and also very solumn.

Varies by latitude. At the equator, the moon is visible 12 hours per 24 hours (not always at night). At the north pole, the moon is visible for 2 weeks straight, and then hidden for 2 weeks. South of the equator the moon appears to be upside down compared to how it seems in the northern hemisphere.
