Emmett was a clown. Really. I don't mean all his friends thought he was a clown; he made his living as a clown. He worked for the circus and traveled all over the country, entertaining men and women, boys and girls. He liked making people laugh. But as he grew into his late 20s, he became dissatisfied with being "just a clown." He longed to do something else ...

...shot clowns out of a cannon. Though this became problematic in that when they tested the idea her clown wig and shoes kept flying off. So, after much trial and error they found a solution....
