Today I was thinking about the quiet guys that end up doing big things.

Like the name of the guy who Baptized Saul? What was his name again? Baptizing a guy whose claim to fame is killing Christians? (Not me...pick someone else there God)

The guy who gave Billy Graham a ride in the back of his pickup truck to a Billy Sunday revival meeting where he got saved...

The woman who drove a tent peg through the head of Baraak after filling his belly with fermented milk.

The guy who tied up his yearling donkey colt so Christ could ride him into Jerusalem.

The mother who packed 5 barley loaves and two smoked fish for her son to roam the area and not have to come home for lunch.

All real people doing normal things...but with extraordinary results.

God definitely uses the least to bring forth that of what He wants to accomplish through us for His purpose.

It is interesting to think about this and how much we do and do not know about the events that took place in The Holy Bible. I like that, though - ordinary people/extraordinary results. This says a lot =)
