So I watched Back to the Future tonight, having gotten all three of the movies on DVD for Christmas. I never actually watched it before, not the first movie anyway, but I wanted to for a long time. Just never got around to it before, was too concentrated on anime. lol
I loved it. Hehe.

It's a little sci-fi-y, since it deals with time travel...but other than that, not much likeness. It seems to have been a popular 80's movie, though, so I'd have thought you'd know about it. :)

Back to the Future is about a teenager who goes back in time and messes things up. The time machine (a converted DeLorean DMC-12) runs out of fuel, which is unavailable back in the 50's. He has to fix what he messed up and get an alternative fuel source to get back home.

You'll have to watch the movie to find out more.

Church was great today. The guy who was speaking tends to call for interaction from the congregation. He's good, and I like how he made today's service kinda like our Bible study/Sunday school classes--discussion is allowed, and encouraged. I wish more people preached like this.

How did i not see this thread. If i had known, i would not have made the non titled thread, thread.

Another good name for it would be 'bloviating' (this is what US President Warren Harding called it, when he was a newspaper proprietor.)

Blessings.

Okay I went and saw that movie Frozen with my little sister and bro. Totally didn't realize it would be a freakin' MUSICAL! haha. There was a song every 2 minutes; there were certainly moments of it being just funny, but the commercials did not represent the movie very well. I thought the main character was the little snowman in the commercials, and he's PRETTY minor. Won't spoil anything for those of you who enjoy animated musicals....

I just watched Back to the Future. I haven't seen it in about 5 years. It's hilarious. At the end, Doc goes 30 years into the future, to 2015. That's just over a year away, and we don't have any flying cars or floating skateboards yet. Does anybody know if they're working on those?

So my friend's present arrived late and I wasn't able to bring it over to her house today.
So the thing is one of those things you can hang off cellphones. It's an anime character. (The friend it's for is the one who got me into anime.)

I had taken it out of the mail folder it came in and placed it on the table. And then sometime later I notice it's not there. I immediately figured my cat must have taken it. So I'm looking around going, "Cat, what did you do with Suzaku??" And sure enough it's lying in the middle of the floor.

That cat...
