Both are now on a special release sale at The Book Patch Bookstore (same as Amazon or Barnes&Noble or Christianbook, but just a different site (more favorable to authors)).

Here is a description of the Christian fiction book The Rebellion of the Rodain:
"It is a darkening world, trust is a hard commodity to come by, but King Adathor survived the treachery of the Turs and gained an uneasy victory at the Battle of Arrimar after Gorth the shapeshifter secured the Princess of Arrimar. Palathir leads the quest into the unknown lands of the Morlins to recover her, but great peril finds him first.
Calathir has returned to the land of the living, an army of green warriors in tow known simply as the Four by Fours. Making matters still worse is a warrior like Adathor himself that has appeared in the east and seeks his head. The Curse of the Rodain continues to grow, but there is a crack in King Elkar’s foundation, and it is growing.
All the while Regent Sastro plots to destroy Arker and Silas by seeking great weapons of the past. Spring comes soon; what will Adathor find when he does finally return home, if he returns home at all?"

And here is the description for the Christian fiction book The Curse of the Rodain:

"The Rodain, led by King Elkar, seek dominion over all, for their book commands it, but most especially over the hated-Gartigraccians. Now in the Fourth Great War, the Rodain have secured the masterstroke of doom by stealing the Opstone from Castle Gartigraccus with the help of a great treason.
Teetering on the brink of annihilation, Adathor, King of the Gartigraccians, must overcome the venom of what caused his people to turn from the vision of their founder to the vision of the man behind the rebellion. Yet before he can pursue this he must go away south on a desperate mission to the Three Kingdoms to gain allies or be swept away in the Black March of the Rodain come springtime.
To aid him while he is away, two men have arrived in the city, proclaiming that the long-awaited Son of the Father has arrived and is at work in the hearts of many. The man selected as Regent in Adathor’s absence seeks to gainsay these two men at every turn in a war over the legitimacy of truth, calling for an absolute removal of the Father from their society so that they can be free to pursue his notion of freedom. In this late hour, can the tide be turned, or will all fall to the Curse of the Rodain?"

My Father in-law just finished book two. He is going to read them again, I suppose we have to buy a couple more books for ourselves.

Anyway, He wants book 3. I guess there was some war at the end or something coming up in book 2

No rush, He can wait a couple more weeks.

Yes, "something" is coming up in Book 3 (The Resurrection of the Rodain). Something.....BIG. He might have to wait slightly longer than 2 weeks though. Glad to hear likes them though. (Reviews on The Book Patch Bookstore won't hurt). Been quite occupied with a project the last month, and doing things like getting my website going. Haven't written much Book 3 in the last few weeks (but ramping back up tonight). As the saying goes, "it's going to be epic."

If you have not read Steven R. Donaldson's ...Book 1...." Lord Foul's Bane, The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant The Unbeliever", then i would would welcome you to try it.

Well, it's pretty Amazing he read through both books non-stop. He is a Air Force Nam vet and does not get into hobbits and unicorns, but your books have him going on and on about the people and the choice they make and I think book 3 will make him happy. Wife intends to read them next if we get the books back. We have all 3 copies out as we bought 2 of book 1. Might have to just buy new ones.

When I was young, I was a Major dungeon and Dragons fan. 1977 through the 80's bring found memories of rolling dice and wasting my day in make believe land. Certainly Magic the Gathering is a awesome card game, but after the 90's I just could not justify buying all those cards to compete. I still play forge on my Android Tablet and Plainswalker, and Xmage on PC both great Magic the gathering games that use A.I.

I did read part of a game manual last week, but I have my bible open most the day, every day.

At times I think about picking up some novel, just never get around to it.

Be blessed Ryan and Kirdon.

Well I am again glad to hear about how much he likes them! (Would he be so kind as to post his rave reviews on Amazon, BarnesandNoble.com & TheBookPatch Bookstore site (for each edition of my books)? - it can be the same review for each book just cut and pasted - and if he did it for each book in both ebook and print formats...that would be HUGE (if you guys did the same I wouldn't stop you - I can use all the reviews and publicity and word of mouth I can get)).

There has to be different ways to promote a book. I am no expert, but we do have the Holy Spirit. Was watching a movie the other day and this guy who wrote about ghost went to small book stores and offered book signings. In the movie only like 5 people showed up, but through the movie people recognized his books. I am thinking if He would have not got eaten by a ghost in the movie he could have gotten more popular finding more small book stores.
