I pray that someday they see the light, but zealous supporters of "gay Christianity" can have their "progressive" religion. I'll stick with the Jesus of the Bible – the Jesus who liberates and transforms, the Jesus who doesn't affirm us in our sin but delivers us out of it.

this was sent to me by another pastor friend .its not gay bashing but very much bible jude had much to say about this subject . might i add this is not the only subject the church has tip toed around

it appears to me that the moral bankruptcy is connected to rejecting scripture as no longer relevant today

i have talked to progressive christians and they say that God did not write the bible through men - men wrote about their experiences with GOD - making the bible the word of man rather than the word of God

Many progressively christian groups, especially those found in megachurches, are not just tiptoeing around these issues, they are flat out ignoring them so they don't offend anyone.

They keep forgetting what Jesus was here to do. There are plenty of accounts during His ministry where he offended those who needed to be offended.

Man will always try to justify their own dirty deeds by twisting the word of God as they keep nailing Christ to a cross.
