Hello,
I found this forum a few weeks back , read several posts and thought I would join so I could ask questions ,when they come up and we could find the answers together as a whole.

I was raised in a Seventhday Adventist home but when it was time to go , "BOY DID I GO". But Glory be to GOD and his Grace, in April of 2003 I came back to the Lord and was baptized into a new creature. And now serve Him to the best of my ability.

SDA ministry to medical personnel

As a hospital employee, I was impressed by the SDA emphasis on Christian medical and hospital care. Doctors, nurses, and many other hospital employees must work shifts that sometimes include Sunday (or Saturday night). The SDA offers a worship service, similar to the Baptists from whom the SDA arose, on an alternate day which is convenient to hospital workers.

Many churches (except in Boston!) have a Wednesday evening service. The SDA Saturday service provokes me to want to see a midweek service on Wednesday (or Thursday) at 1 PM for shift workers.
