Alright so here's the deal, I've seen many of the members writings on here and I finally decided to take a whack at it and the reason why is what the title of my thread says. For those of you who don't know by now I was born with a learning disability that limits what I'm able to do and what I'm able to understand. I don't even know how many times in my life where I've said that I can't do something and because I believed it I wasn't able to do it. However Jesus says in Matthew 19:26 that with God all things are possible. Not just some things but all things.

So what exactly does that mean? Well right now I can't drive a car, and I'm not sure if I will ever be physically, mentally, and financially able to drive a car,.. but here's where the key factor of understanding what Jesus is talking about here. What I want to do and what He wants me to do are two entirely different things. Jesus didn't want to die on the cross for our sins. He was begging and pleading for some other way but notice what He says here in Matthew 26:39

He says: "Not my will, but yours be done."

We might as well admit it to ourselves right now that nothing in this life is ours. From every blessing we have comes straight from God's hand. Romans 11:36. That means that the very air in our lungs come from Him and will go back to Him once we take our last breath. Genesis 3:19.

Before I continue on I must confess, it wasn't my idea to type this article, for it wasn't in my will for you to read it,.. but it was in God's will. Although I'm the one typing out the words all of my ideas are coming straight from Him as I have already told you I am not that intelligent. I haven't memorized very much scripture and I'm just currently looking all of this up on the internet because I remember hearing it before. There is absolutely no way that I could be accomplishing all this on my own without any resources.

That's when a lot of us seem to forget that God left us with the biggest and greatest resource of all back in the time where when we weren't spoiled with all of the technology that we are spoiled with today. The Bible isn't only our manual on how we should live our lives but it is also a love letter that comes from the very heart of God. About a little more than two thousand years ago a wonderful man named Jesus Christ lived, breathed, and walked the same earth that we do today. He was all human, all God, great teacher, and He loved us so much that He humbled Himself to become a human infant and die on a cross for behalf of all our sins.

In a few days we will be celebrating His resurrection and the very fact that not only is He a living God, but He is also living inside each and every one of us. I can even feel His presence right now as I am typing all of this out and He is telling me exactly what to say to get my message a crossed. He was even there for me when I spoke out on Redwords lou's radio show last month. I am what I am and I cannot change it. Unfortunately a lot of the time people seem to think I can and even if I could I really wouldn't want to because God made me this way and He loves me for who I am and so therefore so do I.

And despite all of the negative bullying that I've had to receive in my lifetime I have a wonderful and loving supporting family, wonderful friends, and everybody here on christianforums.net who have helped me get through some troubling times including the current one I am facing with my fiancée. I don't think that it was an accident that God led me here, for every obstacle I have faced I have somehow seemed to get stronger because of it and I get my strength from Him.

So in closing if you think that you can make it to Heaven and through life all by yourself then I would seriously like for you to give it a try and tell me how it goes. I highly doubt that you will be able to though even if you are the smartest person in the world. As for me, I would rather cling to Jesus as my Lord, Savior, and supporter,.. because just look how far I was able to come because of Him. For through Christ, I can accomplish just about anything. Philippians 4:13

Better words have never been spoken as this message is from the heart. Everyday is a new day, but never promised so we must make the most of it. Putting Christ first above all else makes those things which seem impossible, now possible as we trust in Christ. God's will, not our will as God's ways are better than ours and His thoughts are not our thoughts.

Thank you HeIsRisen2018 for a great message.
