I know that I can speak for everyone on here when I say we all can't wait to make it to Heaven and be with our wonderful creator. However, I'm also pretty sure that there are still so many things that we want to see and do on earth before we kick the bucket so to speak. So what does everybody want to do with their life? Me personally, I wold love to see England and Ireland before I die. I would also really love to go to Alaska and Hawaii which actually seems more plausible since they are both in my country and I wouldn't need a passport to go there.

Im scared to meet God because I don't think I could handle his power and glory.

Everyone says heaven will be great and they looking forward to it, but i am afraid of God. Im not embarresed to say it. I am afraid of God because he's Most High and too glorious for me I can't handle being in the presence of God, maybe its because im in the flesh, but still, even I know in my heart I believe in him and the one he sent.

Look at the Prophet Daniel even just being inspired made him physically sick for days it was too much to handle and he was a righteous man and still couldnt handle and had to be comforted because the power of God is terror to man. Many inspired had to be comforted and told not to be afraid.

I know God dwells within us and we can handle that as in we know we love God and he walks with us and we believe in the one he sent.

I think we do well to fear God
Deut. 6:13
Deut:10:20
Job 23: 13-16
Jeremiah 5:22
Psalm 2; 11

Once as I was earnestly praying I felt a mighty power near me. It felt an holy power but it was so strong I was very afraid.

Many of the ghost towns in my state. Three hit do far .I live near one, pass it daily, two.others visited recently. Tainte, viking ,we even have a sears fl named for sears himself of Sears and roebuck .

Basinger is not far ,nor is kenansville.broadmore ,lies under water but not as you think, irrigation area now.

Bucket list?
I've completed it.
Not really sure what to steer this ship towards any longer. I still do stuff...but the passion seems gone.
No trips, or jumping out of planes for me.
I still wanna try scuba diving.

But I can live without it. All the other wants have pretty much been accomplished.

Sears, FL - really? where? I tried googling it but all I got were links for the stores in FL. :)
And I had no idea there was a Viking FL either. Interesting.
I have some photos I took of an old sugar mill in New Smyrna you might find interesting. I'll find them and post them later.

Find florida and read up on sears
Cool site, thanks for sharing! I could spend a lot more time reading up on these places. I like seeing the old archive photos too where they have them.
I grew up in the town I still live in and its grown and changed so much just in my lifetime. I remember when what are now shopping centers used to be citrus fields or grazing land for cattle. Its not a ghost town by any means, just one of those areas where they tear down and rebuild so many commercial areas that the place becomes unrecognizable after awhile. There is one spot nearby that was a lumber store when I was a kid, then torn down to make room for a large national chain store then that closed and it sat empty for a while and now they've torn that building down and are putting up a chain store and chain restaurant on the property. I wonder what it will be in another 5-10 years.
