Whenever Jesus healed a person that was possessed and called the demons out may have been those opportune times.

But the Pharisees were saying, “He is casting out the demons by the ruler of the demons”.
Matthew 9:34 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Matthew 9:34&version=DLNT

The question is about The Devil (Satan), the ruler of all the demons.

Then Jesus says to him, “Go-away, Satan! For it has been written: ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only’” [Deut 6:13].
Matthew 4:10 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Matthew 4:10&version=DLNT

After this encounter at His temptation, when does Jesus have the next encounter with The Devil?

Two specific times are spoken of:
Mark 8:33 "But turning around and seeing His disciples, He rebuked Peter and said, 'Get behind Me, Satan; for you are not setting your mind on God's interests, but man's.'"
This is where Peter said the wrong thing, and Jesus recognized it as the work of the devil.

Luke 22:3 "And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, belonging to the number of the twelve." This is where Judas became His betrayer.

So one could say that the more opportune time was when people were weak enough that Satan could manipulate them against Jesus.

Yep. Jesus’s two opprtune-times (so far) of directing The Devil where to go were at the beginning of His ministry and at the beginning of His Atonement. Looking forward to the last opportunity. Come Lord Jesus!
