Who the Lord Jesus is talking about in the following verses, ( red highlights):
Revelation Chapter6
9: And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11: And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Chapter 13
6: And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7: And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8: And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
9: If any man have an ear, let him hear.

Revelation Chapter 7
9: After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10: And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
11: And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
12: Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
13: And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14: And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Revelation Ch. 9
1: And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2: And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3: And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4: And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

Revelation Chapter 14
11: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12: Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13: And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

Who is this?
14: And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
Notice where the Son of man, who is upon the cloud, is, in the time frame of the book of Revelation. Within the times of the woes and the trumpets. The 7th trumpet was sounded in Chapter 11. Who do YOU say the Son of man is, here, in Chapter 14, and what is He doing?

These saints are the Tribulation saints that are Martyred. They will come to Christ after the rapture. And what you highlighted, are other saints that will be martyred after the 5th seal.

These saints are the ones whose names are written in the Book of Life and will not worship the Beast.

Through the evangelistic ministry of the sealed Jews, many Gentiles will be saved during the Tribulation. The white robes shows their righteousness, and the multitude praises God especially for their salvation.

They are men who belong to God.

"The dead which die in the Lord from henceforth" are Tribulation martyrs.

Christ Jesus, who will come to finish the judgment on the earth.

Many Blessings,

The last portion of Scripture, about Jesus coming back, do you think this is the rapture, since He's reaping a harvest?

Since the "rapture" will happen at the LAST TRUMP, don't you think that is the 7th trumpet?
No more trumpets blow after that.

No I believe that the rapture precedes the Tribulation

The cloud in Rev. 14:14 relates to Christ's second coming. The crown pictures Him as the ruler of the earth, and the sickle symbolizes judgment as an instrument of the harvest. The time is come to finish the judgment of the earth. The second coming of Christ includes more judgment. To reap and harvest the earth is to judge and punish its people.
