An interesting perspective

I tend to use matthew 25 more then 24 for my positions on the end. though its not easy nor clear with any position. none of us know how it will end. I believe God wanted it that way.
I'd say we just know what to be doing when it does get here. Being a hypocrite is definitely not one of the things we should be doing.

Are they?

Are they?
I think so, because if you're not loving people, but instead abusing them, you are not ready. And if you're condemned as not being ready then you have not been loving people. I think it's impossible to do/be one without the other.

I also submit. if a man hateth his brother he hath not the father.

1 Peter 1:13;
"Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming" (be ready).

4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; 6 so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be alert and sober. 7 For those who sleep do their sleeping at night, and those who get drunk get drunk at night. 8 But since we are of the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope of salvation." (1 Thessalonians 5:4-8 NASB)
