the pole ,hmm once there were feeders to the power plant there .that pole is left on for that reason .Very cool shot. I like the leading lines a lot. I don't think the pole on the right adds anything to your image, though. I'd have cropped a little tighter.

the alma lee loy bridge ,yes I knew her as did my wife's aunt who went to high school with her .she fought to get this bridge .alma lee died this year and my aunt in law isn't far behind both love history and inspired many photos .
lest I derail the thread on alma lee as she did much here ,It wasn't why I took,the photo the new led lights have a 60s look and ironically thus bridge wasn't built until 1977 and opened in 1979 ,I remember that as next to it was the power plant and we locals use that three stack marker to tell when to turn and my youth before the bridge the power plant was the edge of civilization and enroute to or from the beach

i recconed what I photo often ,I looked up this power plants replacement .most boring ,perhaps a night photo will do .

posted this and its color version uncropped or taken from the median on the town Fb page 50 likes .the only other bridge photos I have got is when we had a draw ,or sway bridge that got that much. attentation.
out of habit I will call it the causeway. or the new bridge ,the causeway is still used on addresses
