I have been studying the Gospel for over 50 years. I didn't learn the Gospel on my own, I learned it from some of the most prominent Christian scholars of our time. The Gospel of Jesus Christ calls all religious thought into question. It also calls all religious denominations into question. The Gospel is one hundred percent compatible with Paul's epistles and his New Covenant theology. You can know the truth and the truth can set you free.

All of the apostles were Jewish and had been influence by Judaism which is a law-based religion. This is very evident in the book of James. The book of James is more Jewish than it is Christian, perhaps this is why the book of James was directed to law keeping Jews, James 1:1. Paul was the only apostle that really understood the Gospel and justification by faith, mainly because Paul had received his Gospel directly from Jesus, Galatians 1:11-12.

Before one can understand the Gospel they will have to understand that God never did want his people to live by laws, rules and religion. The law serves several different purposes. The reason that Jesus taught the law is because it convicts of sin. "Love your enemies. Do good to those that persecute you. Turn the other cheek. Pluck out your eye if you lust. Go the extra mile. Give to him that asks of you, Bless them that curse you. No surprise that 8,000 Jews became Christians on the day of Pentecost. They had been following Jesus around listening to him preach the law. The only ones that should teach the law are those that can keep it, all the rest are hypocrites.

God requires two things for the salvation of fallen man.
1. A life of perfect obedience according to his Holy Law.
2. A perfect atonement for man's sins and the sins of the whole world.

That's it, nothing else is required. The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus in our name and on our behalf, has perfectly met both of these requirements. Jesus is God's new Adam and the representative of the human race.

"Therefore, as by the offence of one (Adam) judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one (Christ) the FREE GIFT came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience (Adam) many were MADE sinners, so by the obedience of one (Christ) shall many be MADE righteous" Romans 5:18-19.

Please note that I capitalized the word "MADE". We did not become sinners, we were MADE sinners. Adam was the first representative of the human race. When Adam sinned all of humanity sinned with him. When Adam fell, we fell with him, Romans 6:6. There is nothing, absolutely nothing that one can do to reverse this. We are all sinners without works. The solution to man's problem is not to be found in religion or being predestinated. We are called to live our lives before God as sinners, saved sinners, Romans 3:10.

The solution to man's fallen condition is in the doing and the dying of Jesus Christ. When Jesus lived, we lived in him. When we first accepted Jesus as our savior, we were baptized into Christ, Romans 6:3. God now sees his people as perfect and complete "In Christ" Colossians 2:10. We cannot be any better than what we are "In Christ". Christ is our righteousness. In the judgment the only righteousness that God is going to accept is the righteousness of Christ. If God does not see us as perfect and complete "In Christ" we will perish.

Paul wrote to the Colossians, "For you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God" Colossians 3:3. Don't get to hung up on your Christian life. The life that we live now is the life that has been crucified with Christ. Our real lives are hid with Christ in God. Many are offended by this scripture, because they think that they can perfect their flesh. Not going to happen. When God accepted Jesus back into heaven we were accepted in him. If God saw us as we are now, he would have to judge us. I am happy to be dead "In Christ".

If one is "dead in Christ", who commits the sins?
Those not dead in Christ.

I would say, just say no to Calvinism.
I know...I have read your posts and see the confusing ideas.
First I saw the antinomian ideas, I knew more error was coming.
And it has. You cannot even describe biblical Calvinism.
No Calvinist can believe you are sincere .
Your posts have no effect on any Calvinist here.

My objective is not to effect Calvinist. My objective is to teach the "Historical Gospel of Jesus Christ" as the only means of our salvation.

You are in great error. Your doctrine is anti-Gospel, anti-Christ and anti-God.

You are in great error. Your doctrine is anti-Gospel, anti-Christ and anti-God.
You cannot articulate what I believe, so you have no basis or credibility to post what you do.
Frankly, I have asked you to post what the Historic gospel is and you could not.
So where are you teaching any gospel at all?
I have not seen it. Maybe I missed those posts. Do you have any post number to offer on this matter?
Can you show anywhere that I posted something that is anti-gospel?
I guarantee I approach more people on a daily basis concerning the kingdom of God than you. I am for Christ, I am for God. So what compels you to bear false witness against me?

Show directly how it does what you claim.
Show with scripture how you establish your idea.

In what way exactly?

Here are Calvinists posting on judgment, show where they "attempt to "abort judgment" as you claim.
I will show how your claims are dead on arrival.

Chapter 32: Of the Last Judgment

1._____ God hath appointed a day wherein he will judge the world in righteousness, by Jesus Christ; to whom all power and judgment is given of the Father; in which day, not only the apostate angels shall be judged, but likewise all persons that have lived upon the earth shall appear before the tribunal of Christ, to give an account of their thoughts, words, and deeds, and to receive according to what they have done in the body, whether good or evil.
( Acts 17:31; John 5:22, 27; 1 Corinthians 6:3; Jude 6; 2 Corinthians 5:10; Ecclesiastes 12:14; Matthew 12:36; Romans 14:10, 12; Matthew 25:32-46 )
2._____ The end of God's appointing this day, is for the manifestation of the glory of his mercy, in the eternal salvation of the elect; and of his justice, in the eternal damnation of the reprobate, who are wicked and disobedient; for then shall the righteous go into everlasting life, and receive that fulness of joy and glory with everlasting rewards, in the presence of the Lord; but the wicked, who know not God, and obey not the gospel of Jesus Christ, shall be cast aside into everlasting torments, and punished with everlasting destruction, from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.
( Romans 9:22, 23; Matthew 25:21, 34; 2 Timothy 4:8; Matthew 25:46; Mark 9:48; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10 )

3._____ As Christ would have us to be certainly persuaded that there shall be a day of judgment, both to deter all men from sin, and for the greater consolation of the godly in their adversity, so will he have the day unknown to men, that they may shake off all carnal security, and be always watchful, because they know not at what hour the Lord will come, and may ever be prepared to say, Come Lord Jesus; come quickly. Amen.
( 2 Corinthians 5:10, 11; 2 Thessalonians 1:5-7; Mark 13:35-37; Luke 12:35-40; Revelation 22:20 )

Calvinism is an attempt to by-pass the Gospel of Jesus Christ, justification by faith, and the judgment.

If you have been predestinated by God before the foundation of the world to be saved, then you don't need Jesus Christ and his Gospel, nor do you need to be judged.

Calvinism makes a sham out of the Bible.

Spiritually, we are in Christ and Christ is in heaven, Colossians 3:3.

Physically, we are still here in our unredeemed Adamic bodies, Romans 8:23
Physically, the reborn of God's seed, vessel of the Holy Ghost remains.
So who is committing the sins?
The unreborn of God who don't have the gift of the Holy Ghost.

This is faulty logic. If a person has been predestined (not "predestinated") to be saved, s/he will be saved, but that doesn't mean that the person has no need for Jesus Christ. It means that the all-knowing God knows who will accept the Gospel and thereby be saved and who will not. He is God, after all.

Why do you claim to know more than John Calvin, the great theologian? I am not a Calvinist or a Lutheran or a Catholic or a [insert belief system/theologian here]. I believe what the Bible teaches.

Paul said, "There is none righteous, no, not one" Romans 3:10.

We are sinners from the day that we are born until the day that we die.

Taking a single verse out of context to prove doctrine is absurd. Can't you do better than that?
