Am I paranoid or was someone trying to follow me home?

So I was walking through a park to get home. There's a bridge to get there, so I go up a path and onto the bridge. As I'm about to see to go on, I see this guy. Late 20s/early 30s maybe? Muscular with long hair and had a thug/heavy metal look to him. It was just me and him walking on the bridge and he was directly behind me and I remember feeling self conscious cos my midriff was showing and maybe my underwear so I tried to pull my clothes down/up to cover myself. Anyways, I turned to the NEXT bridge where there was a lot more people (avoided the park) and put a lot more distance between us. I looked back a few times and his position suggested he was directly behind me the entire time!

So I walked where I was going, turned a corner to be out of sight, THEN went where I was going. He was standing still like 50m away looking in my direction. What the heck.

This is why you should avoid dressing provocatively. I know it's normal with your generation and all that, but in New Testament times they might have considered that as "advertising," if you know what I mean. Sounds like you picked up a customer you weren't wanting.

When you plan on walking by yourself, pray for the Lord's protection when you walk alone, and don't wear stuff you have to fix in order to cover yourself up. Just common sense is all, Lana.

If you fear being stalked, I have been stalked by a my wife's ex. Head to the nearest police station. You can make turns that will see if he is. Three in a row.

Sometimes they may follow two but rarely three. A police station is unlikely for them to keep following.

Been a while since I felt the need to carry. Last time was the guy shot by Melbourne PD for trying to board a Delta flight while armed.

I have been followed by a few times. My wife's ex, and before that random idiots while going to the beach at night. Not at o dark 30 but about 9. They would park behind me and not get out. I waited to see as they would ride by but close. Then I would leave and he would follow me for a while. I started heading to the nearest PD, from the inlet that made sense to head to the nearest city versus the further away county. I have a few others.
