    [__ Prayer __] Sleep Breathing

Something is going on with my breathing when I sleep. I woke up twice with vivid dreams of gasping for breath. I think this may be related to inflammation of my mouth and jaw, possibly also painful bloating/gas may be coming up in my throat further irritating/inflaming it. My jaw gets numb...

    [__ Prayer __] mcdonald's incident :-(

Since I don't drive a lot of miles per year, it may very well be 10 plus years before I reach the recommended 100k miles for the plugs. I think Escapes have regular plugs, but its possible that 10 years could make them a bit intransigent for the dealer. I shall ponder.

    [__ Prayer __] mcdonald's incident :-(

I did my own maintenance when I was younger, but not anymore. The dealer puts in manufacturer recommended oil. Fortunately Ford doesn't seem use those "brilliant" things anymore.

    [__ Prayer __] mcdonald's incident :-(

I'd rather the car just get checked out. I like reading so the wait is generally pleasant. I sat in a cushiony chair in their waiting room. I figure the dealer's mechanics should be experienced working on my model of car, and know what to do. I always make an appointment at the dealer. My...

    [__ Prayer __] mcdonald's incident :-(

Wow. I had no idea those places charged that much. I get mine done at the dealer. About $50 for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, fluid and battery check, plus general inspection. Plus they sometimes send a coupon for $10 less, or give me bonus points that improves some future price...

[__ Science __ ] NOAA Predicts 2020 Will Be the Hottest Year on Record

The recent few thousand years have been an unusually pleasant period in earth's history. The previous ice age was intense, and retreating glaciers scoured rocks to bring an abundance of loess for farming during this interglacial. The interglacial itself is exceptionally pleasant and long...

[__ Science __ ] NOAA Predicts 2020 Will Be the Hottest Year on Record

Dr. Ross also made the point that even if global temp remained where it is now, the pole would still melt. The cause is all the soot deposited on it over the years absorbs sunlight better than clean snow/ice. There are things that can be done, but they must be well thought out.

COVID-19 Vaccines: What You Need to Know

Interesting talk and web site resources. I wonder if the link of some vaccines to abortion is part of why some pastors and people are saying the vaccine is the mark of the beast, or start of the mark, or conditioning leading to the mark. I don't completely understand what they are saying. I...

[__ Science __ ] NOAA Predicts 2020 Will Be the Hottest Year on Record

Dr. Hugh Ross says that warm temperatures leads to ice ages. As the polar caps melt, this puts additional clouds into the air. The clouds reflect sunlight, and precipitate snow on northern continents. The additional snow also reflects sunlight. The earth cools, and northern continents get...

Should be back to normal soon with the vaccine

MIT Technology review article on what is inside Pfizer's vaccine, according to Pfizer. Messenger RNA encased in lipids, with a bit of salt and sugar. Exact details of the mRNA are not being revealed. This is the first time in history that a mRNA vaccine has been used on gen pop. Maybe some...

    say not to megachurches?!?!?

Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children. Matthew 14:21 NKJV Lord Jesus preached to thousands. He even fed them.

I don't think most flat earthers are serious. Many are doing it for their amusement.

Is doing daily sudoku good for my brain?

I prefer crosswords. I like the funny wordplay that some puzzlers use. A crossword per day keeps the beta-amyloid away.

    SALT

Interesting. I wonder if people who put salt on their food should alternate between regular and light salt?
