April's Second Annual Spooktactular Virtual Halloween Party

This is a story from the Youtube channel The Paranormal Files... This supposedly happened sometime in the '80s on an island in Greece. For some six months a young Greek soldier stationed on the island has been dating one of the local girls. Because he is in the service, his dates always have to...

Is There An Auto Mechanic In The House?

He said it was a 351W engine, which seemed strange to me. Maybe it's based on.

Is There An Auto Mechanic In The House?

There is one other common problem with the 351W engine. Apparently there can be coolant leak from the timing chain cover. Either the gasket blows, or the bolts or aluminum housing itself corrodes enough to cause leakage.

    Paradox's In Scripture

"Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it." Luke 17:33 They once showed the Bible to a Zen master, and asked him what he thought of it. He replied, "In that book is everything I have been trying to teach my students."

What Kind of Food Do You Hate?

OTOH, I like natto, which is fermented soybean. Some people think its taste is mildly reminscient of vomit. Nah, it's just "pre-digested" a bit.

    Why? Howcome? & Whocares?

I agree it's a fair question, and I think you've got a fair assessment of the situation, unfortunately. Most so-called Christians do fall woefully short. They are lukewarm at best, CHINOs at worst. They think they are saved through Jesus Christ, but in their personal life commit all kinds of...

What Kind of Food Do You Hate?

But even worse than durians, there is the only sushi I will not touch. Uni, or "sea urchin." Actually the raw gonads of sea urchin. Need I say more? They taste as bad as they sound.

What Kind of Food Do You Hate?

Durians are a fruit popular in SE Asia (for the life of me I don't know why). The actual taste is mild, but you first have to get through the SMELL. I would describe it as "sweetened sewage water". Indeed, the fruit is banned from some nicer hotels and public transportation. You might be able...

    "God Blood"?

Fair enough, but he also claimed to have obtained blood samples from an "earthquake crack" beneath the actual crucifixion site.
