If you haven't made sind but you still feel like making sind, is that normal?
 
Are you talking about your temper, being angry, or what?
 
It certainly sounds normal to me, though you may be experiencing something deeper than you revealing.
When in doubt, turn to the Word of God.
Read Psalms for comfort, read the Gospel of John and know God's love for you.
Pray for God's Holy Spirit to give you answers you are seeking.
Get your mind off of yourself and put it on God.
 
You question. That is a good condition. We cannot always trust that emotions are truth..
