All of...Love God with your whole heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as you love yourself.
On those words hang all the Law and prophets.

After repentance (John’s Baptism)
Then Salvation in Jesus
Baptism in the Holy Spirit ( power to be a witness)
Teaching all things we are commanded.

Can you please elaborate on this. What are you saying is it by John's baptism or what does Salvation in Jesus mean? How does it come about? The baptism in the Holy Spirit is that for every person or for chosen people to witness of them word?" Please help me understand your thoughts so as I will not read my thoughts into what you are trying to express.
Mark 1:3 kjv

John the Baptist came before Jesus. John convinced people they were sinners. In that lost condition you need help.
The good news is that Through Jesus there is hope to be forgiven of the sins you learned you have.
If you confess your sins he is faithful and just to forgive your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9 kjv
9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Acts 2:37 kjv
37. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men andbrethren, what shall we do?
38. Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
1.Repent step one
2. Learn all about the work of Jesus and believe in what Jesus did to take away our sins. Step 2
3. Be baptized in Holy Spirit to be able to witness to others.
Read acts chapter 2.
The disciples came to the meeting to receive power to witness to others. They received power and did in fact tell others how to be saved.
If today we need to explain salvation to others we need the Holy Spirit.

Are you asking if it is a ceremony?
I would say grab a Bible read and ask God for understanding.
If any man lacks knowledge / wisdom let him ask God. God answers.
That does not mean I am going to cease talking.
About the Holy Spirit. WOW
Personally I was reading the Bible in front of a gas heater and started speaking in tongues. No Pentecostal prayer line or anything. Never really heard about it before ( to my knowledge), (may have but it did not register).
I was convinced I was a sinner at 12. Believed in Jesus as savior at 24. Holy spirit at 26?
Just happened. Way back.
Been a Baptist. Presbyterian, Charismatic, Methodist more or less Just a Christian now.

Yes that tells me your mind is made up as well as mine and no need to go over old material to no avail I totally dis agree with you on a lot from Acts 2 but I am sure you heard it all and still stand by your view so do I so we will not accomplish nothing by pursuing this dialog.
