Advice for young followers of Jesus

The world as you know it, is coming on you fast and furious. I know, because I was in your shoes once. I thought I had a handle on the world and as long as I believed in Jesus all things would be secured. However, in this age, the youth have no hope for that.

Seek not worldly desires. Study the gospel for it is the verbatim words of our Lord who has saved us all. Seek not your own understandings children. Superman, Bionic man, Hulk, Wonder Woman cannot save you. DC comics, clever as they are will not save you. The real deal is Jesus Christ. The fantasy theaters of the world which is fiction, will soon come crashing down.

Know this youth. Wicked times will come. Have faith. The lord says, where there is faith, there is hope, and when you have hope, you have love. These three principles will do you well. Seek not the partnerships with boyfriends or girlfriends, but sanctify your selves to meet the Lord who will save you.

More advice is to get rid of being educated by the world. Two thousand years has elapsed since the crucifixtion of our savior. That means that the people have only a short time left to get out of the world before satan gets its wish. Lean not on the public school system. Learn to pray to the Lord, for in your youth the Lord delights, because your house has not been so polluted by the world. Even you Christians who are in public schools would be better to petition your parents into teaching you everything that they have learned.

Make no mistake, when the government decided it was righteous in developing a public school system, the government was against Christ Jesus. Like the old days. The government never proclaimed Jesus or said it is the will of Jesus. Instead they print this little pritty thing on the paper money as a fricking tagline saying "In God We Trust".

What they don't say is what God they trust. The God called mammon. Study this young people for it is the god of the love of monies, and it will make you sick that you all are enslaved right now by this system.

I confide in your message. The children today are our future. As Christians, we need to protect them from the ways of the world. With the Lord on your side, anything is possible. But by worshipping the world, your children will be doomed to destruction.

This has been a concern of my for my adult life...I've raised two children that are adults now.

HOW does one protect a child?
It was difficult enough years ago...
and now, with the advent of the internet, it becomes almost impossible.

Teaching a child to respect himself, his family and people in general is a start.
Making God be a part of the family instead of something that is done on Sunday is
also good. IOW...if God is part of the family...He does not become a burden.
Many kids nowadays see God as a burden to unload.

So, any advice? Ideas?

The coolest, righteous, well and right behaved, wisest, calmest, most peaceful, most faithful children are those who have not had "screen time". I met these children who had no telephone, no computer, no videos/media/etc; they were home grown home educated home trained faithful every day in prayer and in obedience without strain or stress; daily nurtured by faithful truthful honest parents, not allowed to sin nor to continue in any sin (including no state religion or false gospel religion) .....
There were well mannered, mature beyond their years, able to continue in household/farm/family chores with and without others;
A great blessing to their father and mother instead of a shame to them.

It amazes me that the work of Satan is so prominent in America. As Christians you should pray but as parents you need to restrict your children's time with the cell phone. There are plenty of other activities a family can do besides looking at a cell phone or playing video games. Finding new hobbies, such as crafts. Model building, Cosplay, where you can learn the artistry of sewing and fabrication. Miniatures, and dollhouses.

What's funny is that your reasoning has NEVER worked well.
And I'm talking decades ago with media before the internet.

A child does not live in a BOX called a home.

He goes out into the world every day.

Does YOUR hobby keep you from seeing the evils of satan?
