Almost New Year's...

NO, I was just kidding. my well chest isn't what it was when I was young. I did have a six pac, my wife didn't believe me, till she found an old pic. of when I was in my 20's.
Here's your new year's resolution: GET THAT DARN SIX PACK BACK! You owe that to your wife. :biggrin2
Being 40 is no excuse for not having a six pack.

my abs aren't weak, I would say from jj they are stronger. I also weighed about 135 lbs then compared to 189. my pu and su are about the same as I was in. I have done at the most 73 su, im at 60 ish now. running I would have to get more into. but getting it back is from the genes not soo much working out. sorry that is the case. I have asked my old karate instructor who is an ectotherm. he had to go on a diet to get his body to gain muscle mass. he looked stronger then he actually was, six pack, etc but was weak.

Rather than going to a kiosk in a mall, it's better to go to a parlor where they use a needle instead of a gun.
Yeah I was going to do exactly that. The first ear lobe piercings I got at age 10 or eleven were done with a gun. The piercing process was really painless, but the wholes never really healed, so I was in pain and bleeding all the time, and finally stopped wearing earrings alltogether, so the holes healed up and disappeared.
So I'll go to a parlor and have them done with a needle this time.

hydrogen peroxide the studs, this reduces the chance of infection. but what would I know. I had my ear pierced twice(left side) and they had that problem.

Yes, and parlors (I assume in Thueringen state, too) tend to be very rigorous about hygiene and procedures; the needle that will pierce you is usually kept in a highly sterile environment and the piercer always wears gloves; there is usually also no hit and miss aspect to the placement on the earlobe, etc.; they will want you to indicate exactly where you want it.

Do you still wear the rings occasionally? and would you consider more holes on the other ear?

no, farouk that was back in the 90's, vero was really consertive then. I wouldn't be hired if I kept it then. I did get told to take it out when I go to work.

I just watched Back to the Future. I resolve that before 2014 is over, I will travel back in time and stand up to the guys that bullied me in high school.

For those who resolve to lose weight, here's an interesting idea.

Acturally i should make a new years goal. My goal is to catch more fish in 2014. I will attempt to make the BBQ tonight for everyone. Im invited to party and for some reason i have been designated to cook.

So is fishing better on North Island or South, in NZ?

You don't sometimes put them in after work any more, then.

Blessings.
farouk I stopped doing that back in 96. in the army regs then a male couldn't wear any piercings in uniform. so it became pointless and there was a reason why I did that that really wasn't me.the things we do to fit in or get noticed.

Oh okay.

You seem like you previously preferred them asymmetrical, anyway: 2 in one and nil in the other. Blessings.

that was the way things were then. if I had two piercings in a small Louisiana parish I would be considered gay and beaten for that. I was a bi male in that parish,it wasn't friendly

jasoncran : These days men often do both ears (and often their wives actively encourage it).
not around here they don't. the last time I saw a man do that. the gaydar went off. I was later told and heard that man say im a bisexual.im sure that some men do it. I have seen soldiers do that in my unit and I make them take them piericings off. against regs.
