Nah... but we will be confused for aliens in the Millennium.
Just my little side idea of why Jesus would not be recognized/honoured during His Millennial reign.
 
Jesus is a alien he said it himself that he was not of this world.

Scripture says "He was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight". So maybe he got picked up and left in a UFO and went into the heavens, somewhere in the universe.

And he could also do miracles in the blink of an eye.
