Ok so I have been rather uncomfortable lately.Some kind of inflammation in my knee and upper thigh.It seems that the change in weather can bring it on.I have been reading about Black Cherry concentrate.The capsules.It looks like GNC has a capsule that everyone likes.I have also read that Black Cherry can affect your sleep.Something about the melatonin.All you authorities out there.What do you think?Can you give me some information.The capsules look like they are rather expensive but people claim they have gotten relief.I think it might be a lot more healthy than taking ibuprofen all the time.
