Catholic Church vs Roman Catholic Church
The worldwide Church led by Pope Francis calls itself the Catholic Church - NOT Roman Catholic Church. The latter was a pejorative term invented by Protestants at the Reformation. It is polite to use the name by which a Church calls itself.
(The full title is the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, a title also claimed by the Orthodox).

The Catechism, often quoted by Catholics, and to be found on the Vatican website is the Catechism Of The Catholic Church.

Yes, you may find buildings called, for example, Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church
For historical reasons the Catholic Church consists of 24 "Rites", of which the Latin or Roman Rite is the largest. These differ in governance and liturgies but all form part of the one Catholic Church. So if you see a building called (for example) Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church it means the congregation belong to the Latin/Roman Rite.

So on this Forum (Catholicism) please use the term Catholic Church (CC) and not Roman Catholic Church (RCC).
