Preachers want the praise of men. Very sad indeed..BUT all this was prophesied
 
Hooo-boy! Are you ever right! I know the President is recent convert but with his history of dealing, will he make that all important seven year Peace Treaty?

But when they left Christianity and redefined the relationship between Jesus and Satan, they proved they were never indwelt with the Holy Spirit, Saved.

I'm not one to buy eternal security, can't depart a faith you never had.emet the church as a sinner and leave as one meant either you never repented or left your estate.

You do not want to debate that with me on this forum ad not to believe in Eternal Security is to make Jesus to sin.
 
I was born of my Mother & Father into a Family, even if I go & change my last name, I'm still related to them by Blood!
By the Blood of Jesus we are Born into an Eternal Family and God is our Father.
He will never forsake us or deny us unless he never knew you to begin with!

So you don't have freewill.so you can not forgive that neighbor, criminal despite what is said by jesus?
 
If the Father's children break his rule's then the Father takes his Belt off and corrects his Children!

If you die with hatred of your enemy you aren't going to see heaven.

Forgive and ye shall be forgiven,not forgive not and ye will be chastised.the parabe of serveant being forgiven and nit forgive his fellow serveant is a warning
 
His Love is greater then our failure's, who among us is without sin?
Maybe instead of being saved we should just simply be Born Again into the Family?

If there was no warning of not being forgiven for judging,condenmation,and forgiveness why would God put that in there?

So a sin that doesn't apply to any true believer ,like we don't hold grudges.judge others, or condemn.

Christian do indeed these things,I have and I had to repent.the Lords model prayer has the words forgive us as we forgive others.surely Jesus didn't need to pray for his sins.
 
Hopefully these people working on being saved won't die in an accident before they ask for forgiveness.

Back to OP, When I attended several Southern Baptist Church's in the past my view sitting there listening to the preachers change the Scriptures into something it wasn't saying while I was reading the same verse was that they might as well just write their own version!

So a christian can deny Jesus by his actions after being saved fir 30 years and knowingly say it was a lie and yet he lied to fool all being a pastor until he fell?

Pastoral work will weed Amy one who us false fast and also it's not easy nor fun.
