It's not a one world religious system.Muslims,Jews and Christians are not going to join hands and sing Kumbaya.
In fact,the war of armeggedon is religious based.Muslims are commanded to kill all Jews and in that war they give it their best effort.
As for the little horn that persecutes the saints.That is the Israeli government.The christians in Israel will be betrayed to death by their own family members because of the laws passed by the Israeli government.
Things are about to change in Israel.Their supreme court is about to lose its authority and the Knesset will change what laws it wants by a simple majority.

He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.
I'd say the next 5-6 years will see a lot of changes in the pleasant land.

The Antichrist will be the one leading the One-World Religious System. Once the Antichrist achieves his goal as a world dictator, he will utterly destroy the false religion (Roman Catholicism mixed with Freemasonry Paganism) set up by the USE in favor of direct worship to himself (Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, Daniel 11:36-38, 2 Thessalonians 2:4, Revelation 13:8-15). In addition, all other religions will be banned, especially Judaism itself. The little horn represents that the Antichrist started out as a relatively minor and "weak" politician in the European Union. However, with the Antichrist's intelligence and cunning. He will usurp three of the future European leaders (either by assassination or political intrigue) in order to become a dictator of the whole of Europe (except Britain, remember Brexit?).

John describes the ruler of this vast empire as having power and great authority, given to him by Satan himself (Revelation 13:2). The beast with the ten horns was symbolic for the Roman Empire. The ten horns were composites of all the kingdoms that resulted after Rome’s decline as a world power.
The first small horn is symbolic for Great Britain. Roman never could completely conquer or even establish a permanent settlement there. The other three small horns represented were the Netherland, Spain and France. This small horn (Great Britain and the United States) later became a dual and seventh world power.-Revelation 17:9, 10.

Yes book of Daniel about the little horn is about the future and end times. We see this in old testament. Then Revelations helps support the visions that Daniel received and is in the New Testament.
So as we see these signs happening then the idea here is that its a perfect witness for Jesus to be real. Hard at that point to deny Jesus when its all unfolding.
The little horn from what I understand is the anti christ or satan in the flesh. Other words satan walks the earth and this is explaining where he comes into power in political form.

None, at least for now. I dont think little horn is here yet. I also think there needs to be a ww3 and lots of chaos. Also no one will know exactly who he is until he stands in the 3rd temple and proclaim himself god. Should be clear then.

“But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.”
After describing the return of Jesus Christ to set up the eternal Kingdom of God, Daniel shows that Christ is preparing helpers to assist Him in ruling the Kingdom. Saints means “holy ones,” which can mean “redeemed men and women (see Ps. 16:3; 30:4; 31:23; 37:28; Prov. 2:8; Rom. 1:7; 12:13; Rev. 5:8)” (The Nelson Study Bible note on Daniel 7:18).
Converted Christians can now practice living by the laws of that Kingdom and obeying the King and learning to be like Him. During this life, the saints learn by being “faithful over a few things” to become “ruler over many things” (Matthew 25:21; see also Luke 16:10).
True Christians are to learn to rule and serve following Jesus’ selfless example. As He told the disciples:
“You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them. … Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to be great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:25-28).
This kind of attitude will be part of a totally different government that will bring real peace and prosperity to this world at last.

Canaan is isreal today. Daniel 7 isnt talking about that. The angel made it clear that daniels vision would take a lot of time before these things came to pass. Its talking about gods kingdom that christ will rule after satan is defeated and we live with life ever lasting with god and christ on a new earth and new heaven meaning universe.

Yes,Canaan is governed by a government that calls itself Israel and calls it's kingdom Israel.It is a little horn among ten others.
The kingdom of God will be taken away from that government and given to the saints of God for an everlasting possession.It will never be taken away nor will it ever be destroyed.

Rev 12:3 the other sign John saw was a great red dragon meaning Satan. Remember, this is a vision and a sign as Satan has not yet been cast out of heaven until the beginning of the 3 1/2 years of the greatest tribulation we will ever see nor ever see again, Matthew 24:21. The description of the dragon being great and red depicts its nature and character as being fierce and murderous, John 8:44. This red dragon is depicted as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. This is also confirmed in Rev 17 as mystery Babylon is described. The deadly wound came in 1798 when General Berthier of France, who made his entrance into Rome, abolished the Roman government and established a secular one and captured Pope Pius VI, who soon died in captivity in Valence, on August 29, 1799. In 1801 Napoleon made an agreement with Pope Pius II establishing Napoleon’s Organic Articles of granting the Tribunal and the Corps legislative partial control of the concordat in order to help the state monitor any politically harmful Catholic or Protestant movements or activities. The wound was largely healed in 1929 when Mussolini gave the Vatican back to Pope Pius XI and established it as a country in it's own right in the Lateran Treaty.
The Roman Empire began in 753BC by Romulus who founded Rome in 27BC with Augustus Caesar becoming the first emperor of Rome in 27 BC and died in 14AD. Rome controlled over two million square miles stretching from the Rhine River to Egypt and from Britain (England) to Asia Minor which made up the Grecian Empire of Greece, Turkey, Syria and Egypt. In 146BC the Romans destroyed Corinth during the Battle of Corinth and made the Greece Empire into a province of the Roman Empire. This timeline goes from 753BC to 27BC. Nero burned Rome in 64AD and blamed the Christian community in the city causing the Roman Empires first persecution of Christians. In 1453 was the rise of the Ottoman Empire that conquered Constantinople destroying the Byzantine Empire (Eastern Roman Empire) that reigned from 330AD to 1453AD. The Roman Empire was divided into an eastern half and a western half in 285 CE by Emperor Diocletian. It was the Emperor Constantine in 330CE who moved the capital of the Roman Empire to Byzantium (Constantinople) in the Eastern Empire. The Roman Empire was then called the Holy Roman Empire that was a political entity beginning in 800AD - 1806AD from the time of Charlemagne (Holy Roman Emperor) who protected Pope Leo III from Adrian's supporters in Rome to Francis II, King of France. Pope Pius VII was the Pope from 1800-1823. The Roman Empire is known today as Vatican City, a city-state surrounded by Rome in Italy who has diplomatic relations with every nation around the world.
The crowns on its heads show that this dragon claims royal authority against the true King who is God of all creation as he prepares to take his seat above all that which is Gods Kingdom claiming he is God as he prepares to deceive the world through that of an existing Roman Empire, Daniel 8:9-12; Isaiah 14:12-15.
The beast rises up out of the sea, Rev 13, as the sea here is symbolic of people and nations as in a sea of humanity, Daniel Chapter 7:1-8; Revelation 17:15. After the death of Alexander the Great the kingdom was divided into four minor kingdoms that continued as prominent factors in world politics until the Roman Empire gathered it back as one kingdom.
Roman Empire: (little horn, Daniel 8:9-14, 23-27)
Iron represents the stronghold this nation had. Daniel chapter 2 mentions the iron element of this empire that it to will be divided and broken as God will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed.
This Empire ran from 753BC -27BC
The seven heads are that of the Babylonian Empire, Medo/Persian Empire, Grecian Empire and Roman Empire. The ten horns represent the nations the Roman Empire scattered to when the deadly wound was put upon them, Daniel 7:23-25; Rev 13:3. The deadly wound came in 1798 when General Berthier of France, who made his entrance into Rome, abolished the Roman government and established a secular one and captured Pope Pius VI, who soon died in captivity in Valence, on August 29, 1799. In 1801 Napoleon made an agreement with Pope Pius II establishing Napoleon’s Organic Articles of granting the Tribunal and the Corps legislative partial control of the concordat in order to help the state monitor any politically harmful Catholic or Protestant movements or activities. The wound was largely healed in 1929 when Mussolini gave the Vatican back to Pope Pius XI and established it as a country in it's own right in the Lateran Treaty.
The Roman Empire began in 753BC by Romulus who founded Rome in 27BC with Augustus Caesar becoming the first emperor of Rome in 27 BC and died in 14AD. Rome controlled over two million square miles stretching from the Rhine River to Egypt and from Britain (England) to Asia Minor which made up the Grecian Empire of Greece, Turkey, Syria and Egypt. In 146BC the Romans destroyed Corinth during the Battle of Corinth and made the Greece Empire into a province of the Roman Empire. This timeline goes from 753BC to 27BC. Nero burned Rome in 64AD and blamed the Christian community in the city causing the Roman Empires first persecution of Christians. In 1453 was the rise of the Ottoman Empire that conquered Constantinople destroying the Byzantine Empire (Eastern Roman Empire) that reigned from 330AD to 1453AD. The Roman Empire was divided into an eastern half and a western half in 285 CE by Emperor Diocletian. It was the Emperor Constantine in 330CE who moved the capital of the Roman Empire to Byzantium (Constantinople) in the Eastern Empire. The Roman Empire was then called the Holy Roman Empire that was a political entity beginning in 800AD - 1806AD from the time of Charlemagne (Holy Roman Emperor) who protected Pope Leo III from Adrian's supporters in Rome to Francis II, King of France. Pope Pius VII was the Pope from 1800-1823. The Roman Empire is known today as Vatican City, a city-state surrounded by Rome in Italy who has diplomatic relations with every nation around the world.
The crowns on its heads show that this dragon claims royal authority against the true King who is God of all creation as he prepares to take his seat above all that which is Gods Kingdom claiming he is God as he prepares to deceive the world through that of an existing Roman Empire, Daniel 8:9-12; Isaiah 14:12-15.
The beast rises up out of the sea, Rev 13, as the sea here is symbolic of people and nations as in a sea of humanity, Daniel Chapter 7:1-8; Revelation 17:15. These ten nations were the Anglo-Saxons (Germans in Great Britain), the Franks (French), Suevi (Portuguese), Visigoths (Spanish), Burgundians (Swiss), Alemanni (Germans), Lombards (Italians), Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals in northern Africa. The last three being Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals had already been destroyed by the Roman Empire before their deadly wound came in 1798.
The beast out of the earth, Rev 13:11-18, is the revived Roman Empire (mystery Babylon, Rev 17:5) which causes man to take its mark. Daniel 7:25 and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, He will think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time, 2 Thessalonians 2:13-12.
The ten horns are ten kings who have not yet received their kingdoms as the Vatican's New World Order Headquarters and the United Nations Organization, One Security Council that claims authority over the world are waiting for ten permanent members. In 2009 the UNO divided the world into ten economic regions and each one will have a Jesuit Provincial set over them, but their end will come with the glory of the Lord striking them down when He returns with us His army. (Will study more about the army in Rev 19)

I agree. This account was a prophecy destined for a future time. The land and peoples that later became to be know as Great Britain started out small and eventually became a world power. You are transposing modern nations with early Bible prophecy. For example, Babylon was the world power when Daniel penned the accounts during his confinement-not Rome or the "small horn" that later rose out of the Roman empire.
