Destruction of America and rapture

None of these explanations of yours answer's as to why, you would attempt to change the topic of the idiom from "thorn in the flesh", to Satan and his messengers, in an attempt to discredit what I am saying.

The messenger of Satan was a real messenger of Satan in Paul's just as real flesh and that's all there is to the matter. That messenger was IN Paul's flesh, just as Paul stated.

Now you are attempting to say that God himself is keeping us all blind to the fact that He is the one who gives all Christians messengers of Satan in our flesh, until "He wants us to see it".

Why would God send a messenger of Satan to dwell in our flesh?

JLB

God quite purposefully planted us all (in the flesh) with corruption, dishonor, weakness and in a natural body that was doomed to fault, failure and eventually death again exactly as described in 1 Cor. 15:43-49 which shows us these things, which are also quite obvious by simple external observations (by anyone) as well.

The adversaries unseen are Divinely meant to bear the power they have over the flesh. They were made to resist the matters of God, by God Himself. And they do so, on cue. Mark 4:15 is a reality for "all." This fact is also confirmed by Paul in Acts 26:18, Romans 7:7-13, Romans 7:17-21, Romans 11:8, 2 Cor. 3:14, 2 Cor. 4:4, 2 Cor. 12:7, Eph.2:2 and many many other scriptural citings.

Scripture addresses 2 entities. Man and devils, in the same set of shoes. Again shown by Peter when Jesus addressed Satan speaking from Peter or Satan entering Judas for example. This is the principle that all scripture revolves around.

Scripture does not address only man as a "free standing" individual.

God gave us the Holy Spirit to empower us to live a life of Victory over the devil, and sin, and the flesh.

12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8:12-13

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16

If we live by the power of the Spirit, and have a lifestyle of walking in the Spirit, we will not do the deeds that the sinful flesh desires to do.

God gave us the Holy Spirit to empower us to live a life of Victory over the devil, and sin, and the flesh.

God placed us purposefully under duress that we might all come to know the need for His Mercy. Mercy is based on need. Mercy is based on the Divine Sovereign who has same to give and to dispense.

Romans 11:32
For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.

Most are blinded to this fact. The balance are deceived by that disobedience. And some small few might actually concede to the fact and be truthful about it, having known, seen and experienced His Mercy because of the fact which shows us our need.

We might ask:

What really are JESUS' INTENTIONS?

Paul tells us exactly what Jesus' Intentions really are. Is it to destroy America? No.

1 Cor. 15:
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

Technically, scripturally speaking, we as individuals, were destroyed the moment we accepted Christ in our hearts.

Colossians 3:3
For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

We who are alive and remain in the flesh are very much still planted in the factual conditions that Paul describes in 1 Cor. 15. The conditions of dishonor, corruption, weakness in a natural body that is on a schedule of ultimate failure called a real fleshly death (not one that is just reckoned until it's real, but real real death.)

And from there we will be clothed, upon completion of the prior exercises showing us our need for His Eternal Mercy, just as Philippians 3:21 shows us.

The POWER of God in Christ to "do this" can transpire at any moment. I know PARTLY how thee end will come. And it will NOT be in a veritable blood bath of death and dismemberment to His Own. He comes from CHANGE within us first. First a trickle. Eventually a flood.

When Jesus said that the end will be LIKE the days of Noah, people automatically think DEATH to everyone but 8 people. But there is a reason Jesus said "like." There are similarities.

Here is an accurate picture of thee end, 'AS' in the days of Noah, directly from Isaiah who has shown us HOW it will come. If you see death and dismemberment here to mankind you aren't looking right:

Isaiah 54:
8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer.
9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.

The 'instruments' of God in Christ's destruction of the ENEMIES are not as we think. Devils hate the things of God in Christ and it is these things above that will destroy him and his own. We need only stand in HIS WATERS to receive that FLOOD, first a trickle.

God in Christ's TOOLS of destruction at the end are SPIRITUAL TOOLS.

Eternal Mercy. Faith. Love. Forgiveness. GRACE. These are the things that HEAVEN ITSELF will reign down at the end to destroy our enemies. I know, because I have stood in that great flood, tasted His Waters, and have been cleansed by them. I know what is coming and it is NOT like the doom and gloom that is commonly and falsely portrayed to be ON MAN.

It is going to be on our ENEMIES and the tools will be, as shown above.

Please show us the scripture that says God put us under duress so that we would know the need for His mercy.

If it wasn't perceived the first time it's unlikely understood the second time.

Please show us the scripture that says God put us under duress so that we would know the need for His mercy.

Nor will repeating the question get us anywhere close to communication.

Does death or sin have any effect on you? No duress whatsoever? No pity? No pain? No grief? No sorrows?

I really don't know what to say to that quite frankly JLB.

More vague opinionated answers with no scripture.

I will take that to mean your doctrine comes from some other "source" than the scriptures since when asked to produce a scripture that says... God put us under duress so that we would know the need for His mercy.

That's what I thought.

There is a built in deficiency when people read things such as:

Romans 9:
2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.

or

Romans 8:
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also,

And they fail to relate or understand WHY these things are so. I call such rather heartless, uncaring and unfeeling, who couldn't be convinced of the real effects of sin, death, dishonor, corruption, evil and weakness if it slapped them in the face.

Did I fail to mention arrogant dismissal of scriptural facts?

The persons who Jesus was speaking too in Matthew 24,Luke 21,werent listening or being adressed.figure that out then you will see why you must concede that either the ac isn't coming ,has come and is judged,or is as reba says.or concede that the temple is Holy again.in Paul's day it was,he atoned there as he took a Nazarite vow.it was that temple and jews Jesus was talking about.not some future one.first audience who told the accounts orally first has to be considered.

Sorry, Jason. I've not understood what you're trying to say here. Would you mind rewording it?

Is the Mosaic law the way to atonement or the blood? Paul prior to the destruction of the Herod's Temple partook in a Nazarite vow,the apostles Peter and John prayed there .if yes ,it's permissible to pray with Jews priests over you ,even they they deny Jesus.

If not then please reconcile the concept of an unholy temple being desecrated by a person.

I submit to scriptures conclusions. Paul said to follow him as he followed Christ. So I did and I share my discoveries, which interestingly are seldom heard or shared, because they are an offense to the flesh. And these things that scripture describes are totally meant to offend the flesh of all of us.

If your flesh hasn't been offended by scripture you ain't heard it yet.

The Spirit is factually against the flesh and remains so for all of us post salvation. This is what a lot of believers really just don't care to hear. Gal. 5:17 IS a present reality for all of us.

Smaller, listen to JLB. You need to make some scripture corrections in that thinking of yours.

Mike.
